Launch your U.S. LLC without leaving home
We set up your company end to end — LLC + EIN included — and prepare the banking and payment applications your ecommerce store needs. No travel, no paperwork.
Your store doesn't die from a lack of sales. It dies when the money gets cut off.
It isn't just Shopify Payments. It's the bank closing your account without warning, PayPal slapping on a reserve, the processor holding funds for 90 days and the tax bill landing at the worst possible moment. Once you start doing real numbers, they all look at you closely at once — and it only takes one of them to fail.
You can't pay your suppliers
You break the relationship and the trust it took months to build, right when you need stock the most.
You have to stop your ads
You lose momentum and everything your campaigns learned, while competitors keep scaling without you.
2–3 weeks of downtime
The profit you miss because of a cash flow problem never comes back. That month is simply gone.
The store ends up closing
What started as a temporary hold ends up taking down a business that was actually working.
It's almost never bad luck. It's usually one of these six.
Banks, gateways and processors don't block at random: they follow rules. These are the six that get tripped most often.
Your structure doesn't match where you sell
You bill in the United States or Europe through an entity that doesn't fit. The bank reads that as risk and acts before asking you.
Disputes and chargebacks above the threshold
Most processors start reviewing you at around 1% disputes. One bad month is enough to land on the list.
You grow faster than your history justifies
You go from $500 to $5,000 a day and the system flags it as an anomaly. With no track record to back it up, they assume fraud.
You sell in a high-risk niche
Supplements, cosmetics, electronics or subscriptions. Many banks have them flagged by default, however clean your operation is.
Your details don't match across store, company and bank
A different name, address or ownership on Shopify, on the company and on the account. That's an immediate red flag.
Tax obligations left uncovered
An EIN never requested, filings never submitted or VAT never registered. When it surfaces they don't just fine you — they cut off your payouts.
Almost all of them are prevented by building the structure properly from the start. That's where we come in.
The infrastructure a store needs to scale for real
We don't sell paperwork. We build the corporate and payment structure that holds up when your revenue really takes off.
Access to untapped markets
Hong Kong opens gateways, processors and markets that a U.S. or European entity simply cannot reach.
Control your cash flow
Get paid sooner and operate without rolling reserves or holds that lock up your money exactly when you need it.
Licensed providers behind every filing
Your registered agent in the United States, a licensed TCSP firm in Hong Kong and an IRS-authorised acceptance agent for ITINs. Everything is filed in your name, with your own documentation.
Stop depending on one processor
Diversified structure and gateways, so a single block can't bring your whole operation to a halt.
A direct channel, not a ticket system
A real person answering you on WhatsApp for the whole process, with a direct line to our banking and payments providers.
Built to scale
Infrastructure built for accounts doing serious volume, not a setup that falls over the first time it is tested.
Everything you need, in one place
From incorporating the company to the last application submitted. We handle every step.
Company incorporation
Your LLC in whichever state fits you best, or your Hong Kong company, registered and verified.
EIN — federal tax number
We handle your EIN with the IRS even if you don't have a U.S. Social Security Number.
Registered agent
Legal address and receipt of official notices, included for your entire first year.
Business bank accounts
We prepare and submit your business account application and stay with you until the institution gives its decision. The bank decides; we make sure your file arrives complete.
Gateways and processing
PayPal, cards, alternative payment methods, Apple Pay and Google Pay: applications prepared and accompanied through to the provider's decision.
ITIN (optional)
Your personal tax number with the IRS, to operate and open accounts in your own name without an SSN.
Not every state is good for the same thing. We show you which one fits and you decide.
Wyoming, Delaware, New Mexico, Florida… each has its advantages, its costs and its small print. We put your case against all four, with real numbers, and the final call is yours.
We go through your business before anything is filed
What you sell, where you operate from, whether you have partners and how much you bill. The comparison comes out of that, not out of a template.
We compare the real cost, not just the filing fee
Cheap to incorporate can be expensive to maintain. We show you what the first year costs and what the following ones cost.
Privacy where you need it
Some states don't publish the owner in their public records. If that matters to you, it weighs on the decision.
State taxes and banking access
Some states levy no state income tax, and banks and processors are more comfortable working with others.
And if your case points to a Hong Kong company instead of an LLC, we tell you that too.
Four steps and you're operating
Tell us about your project
You write to us on WhatsApp or through the form on this page: what you sell, how much you bill and where you operate from.
We put the options in front of you
We show you what a U.S. LLC solves and what a Hong Kong company solves in your case, with costs and timelines, and you choose.
We incorporate and submit
We handle the company and the tax numbers, and we prepare and submit your banking and payment applications.
You receive the complete file
Company, tax numbers and every application submitted, with the status of each one and a direct WhatsApp channel from day one.
Choose the structure your business needs
Fixed setup price. State fees and third-party costs are passed through at cost and shown to you before you pay.
For anyone starting to sell, and for anyone already selling without a company behind them.
This is the starting point for almost everyone, and it is where we tell most people to begin. It fits you if you are about to launch and want to take payments in a company's name instead of your own; if you already sell and are still invoicing personally; if a supplier, a marketplace or a payment processor has started asking you for a company; or if you simply want your personal assets kept apart from the business.
It is the foundation everything else rests on: a real company, an open door to US banking from day one, a clean entity to negotiate better terms with, and a line between your money and the business's. Every other service we offer is built on top of it.
What's included:
- A state-by-state comparison, so you decide with the numbers in front of you
- Incorporation of the LLC in the state you choose
- EIN (federal tax number) included, even without an SSN
- Registered agent for the first year
- Standard Operating Agreement template
- Paperwork prepared for your business bank account application
From the second year onward: maintenance from 175 USD/year, plus state fees at cost.
State fees are not included and are passed through at cost. Paying does not start the work: once you have paid we send you the service agreement and the list of documents we need, and nothing is filed until you return it signed.

For anyone starting out: under 1,000 a day.
Your priority right now is having a company outside your own country and a bank account that does not depend on your local bank. This gives you the legal and banking foundation to operate seriously from day one, without paying for payment services you do not need yet.
What's included:
- Incorporation of a Hong Kong company
- Business account application, prepared and followed through
- A direct banking contact during the process (WhatsApp)
The incorporation is carried out by a TCSP-licensed firm in Hong Kong. Opening the account is the bank's decision: we prepare and file the application and follow it through to a decision, but we do not guarantee approval.

For anyone scaling up: between 1,000 and 3,000 a day.
This is exactly the range where the first holds start landing. Having a company and a bank is no longer enough: you need your own card processing so you stop depending on your store's gateway. It includes Apple Pay and Google Pay, which is where mobile conversion is won or lost.
What's included:
- Incorporation of a Hong Kong company
- Business account application, prepared and followed through
- Cards, APMs, Apple Pay and Google Pay: application prepared and followed through
- A direct processing contact during the process (WhatsApp)
Both banking and processing approvals are each provider's own decision. We prepare, file and follow every application through to a decision; the approval is not ours to give.

For anyone selling steadily who has already had trouble with PayPal.
PayPal is where most sales are lost and where accounts get closed overnight. Here the application is filed through our provider, with priority support and a direct channel for when something goes wrong, instead of a queue you never reach the front of.
What's included:
- Incorporation of a Hong Kong company
- Business account application, prepared and followed through
- PayPal application, prepared and followed through
- A direct banking contact during the process (WhatsApp)
- A direct PayPal contact during the process (WhatsApp)
- Priority support from our provider on your PayPal application
Neither the bank account nor the PayPal account is guaranteed: each provider decides. We prepare, file and follow every application through to a decision.

For anyone scaling hard who wants the most protection.
Every front covered at once: company, banking, PayPal and full card processing, each with its own direct contact. If one channel goes down, the others keep taking money. This is what stores buy when they cannot afford a single day offline.
What's included:
- Incorporation of a Hong Kong company
- Business account application, prepared and followed through
- PayPal application, prepared and followed through
- Cards, APMs, Apple Pay and Google Pay: application prepared and followed through
- Direct banking, PayPal and processing contacts (WhatsApp)
- Priority support from our provider on your PayPal application
None of these approvals is guaranteed: each provider decides. We prepare, file and follow every one of them through to a decision.
From the second year onward, your LLC needs to be kept alive. This is what takes care of that.
What's included:
- Registered agent from the second year onward
- Filing of the state annual report, where one exists
- Renewal reminders well in advance, so your company never lapses
State fees are separate and passed through at cost, because they vary a lot by state: New Mexico has no annual report, Wyoming and Florida do, and Delaware adds its franchise tax on top.
The first year is included in the formation price.
What we promise is what is written in the contract
No inflated case studies here. Three things we commit to in writing, before you pay anything.
We review your case before charging you
If your sector or your situation is not going to pass the banks' screening, we tell you in the first conversation and we do not take the job.
Real timelines, not brochure timelines
You get an estimate for each step, and whatever depends on a third party is flagged as such. Filing depends on us; approval depends on the institution.
You always know where your file stands
At every stage we tell you what has been submitted and what is still pending, even when the answer is no.
When we have client results we can document and publish with their permission, they will be right here. Until then, this space stays as it is.
What everyone asks before getting started
How long does the formation take?
We prepare and file your LLC as soon as your file is complete; the approval time then depends on the state and on whether its expedited fee is paid. The EIN depends on IRS timelines: with a Social Security Number it is quick, and without one the IRS only accepts the application by fax or post, which usually means several weeks. For Hong Kong we confirm timelines in your initial consultation, because they depend on the provider, the bank and the processor. Every timeline we give you is an estimate, and we tell you which part depends on a third party.
Who actually does all the paperwork?
We manage your file end to end and work with licensed providers in each jurisdiction: registered agent and filings in the United States, a licensed TCSP firm in Hong Kong, and an IRS-authorised acceptance agent for ITINs. You deal with one point of contact — us — and everything is incorporated in your name, with your own documentation.
What happens if the bank or PayPal says no?
We do not guarantee approval or timelines, because that decision is not ours. If an application is refused, we explain the reason we are given and prepare a new submission or an application with another provider, at no extra charge for our own work. Government fees and third-party charges already paid are not refundable. This is written into the service agreement you sign before paying.
What exactly are you: a law firm, an agency or a bank?
We're a specialised intermediary. We handle your company's incorporation and your onboarding with banks and payment processors end to end, and we guide you through the whole process. We are not a law firm, tax advisors or a financial institution: we don't give legal or tax advice, and we're not the ones who approve your account. Our job is to get you to each door with a properly built file and knowing what to expect.
Is it legal to set up a company outside my country?
Yes. Incorporating a company in the United States or Hong Kong as a non-resident is entirely legal and thousands of businesses do it every year. What makes the difference is doing it properly: identifying yourself correctly, filing whatever each jurisdiction requires and keeping the company up to date. Everything we set up is in your name and with your real documentation. We don't work with nominees and we don't hide ownership.
Will this help me avoid paying taxes?
No, and be wary of anyone who tells you otherwise. Having a company abroad does not remove your tax obligations where you are a tax resident. What it gives you is a structure that works for collecting payments and operating internationally. How that is taxed in your country is for a tax advisor in your country to handle, and we strongly recommend you have one before you start.
What do you mean by a «sustainable» structure?
One that lasts. It's easy to put together something quick and cheap that works for three months and then collapses: account closed, funds held and back to square one. We build the structure so it's still standing in two years — the right jurisdiction, consistent documentation across store, company and bank, and annual obligations covered. If something you ask us for compromises that, we tell you before we charge you.
Do you work with any kind of business?
No. We review every case beforehand, and there are sectors and situations we don't take on — either because we know they wouldn't pass the banks' and processors' screening, or because we don't want to be part of them. We'd rather tell you at the first consultation that your case doesn't fit than charge you and leave you halfway.
Do I need to travel to the U.S. or Hong Kong?
No. The whole process is 100% remote and digital, from incorporation to opening accounts. You will never need to get on a plane.
Can I open the company without an SSN?
Yes. The service is designed for non-residents without a U.S. Social Security Number. We handle the EIN regardless — the IRS accepts the application from a foreign responsible party, although not through the online route — and if you need to operate in your personal name we add the ITIN.
What exactly is the ITIN and do I need it?
The ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number) is a tax identification number issued by the IRS to people who cannot obtain an SSN. It is not a work or residence permit — it is a tax identifier. It is mainly useful for opening bank and payment processor accounts in your own name and for filing U.S. tax returns. The application is processed through an IRS-authorised acceptance agent, so you never have to send us your original passport. The ITIN is quoted separately depending on your case: tell us when you get in touch and we will give you the price.
Why Hong Kong and not just an LLC?
Because they solve different problems. The LLC gives you a solid, inexpensive U.S. entity. Hong Kong gives you access to banking and payment processors on terms a U.S. or European entity can't reach — which is exactly what you need when your problem is holds and blocked payouts.
How do you decide which state my LLC goes in?
You decide, with our comparison in front of you. We look at what you sell, where you operate from, whether you have partners, whether you need privacy and how much you expect to bill, and we lay out what each state costs to set up, what it costs to maintain, what it publishes about you and how banks and processors treat it. Wyoming, Delaware, New Mexico and Florida are the four states we work with. We explain the reasoning and the final call is yours.
What do I need to get started?
Your passport or ID and a few basic details about the business: what you sell, where you sell it and roughly how much you bill. We handle the rest of the paperwork.
What happens every year with my company?
Each jurisdiction has its renewals. For the LLC, maintenance from the second year onwards starts at $175 a year for the registered agent, plus the state annual report fee, which varies by state and is passed through at cost. The first year is included in the incorporation price. Hong Kong has its own annual obligations, and we confirm their cost during your consultation. In every case we warn you in advance so your company never lapses.
