What's included:
- Registered agent from the second year onward
- Filing of the state annual report, where one exists
- Renewal reminders well in advance, so your company never lapses
State fees are separate and passed through at cost, because they vary a lot by state: New Mexico has no annual report, Wyoming and Florida do, and Delaware adds its franchise tax on top.
The first year is included in the formation price.
