How it works

Four steps and you are up and running

1. Tell us about your project
You write to us on WhatsApp or through the contact form: what you sell, how much you bill and where you operate from.

2. We put the options in front of you
We show you what a US LLC solves and what a Hong Kong company solves in your case, with costs and timelines, and you choose.

3. We form and file
We take care of the company and the tax numbers, and we prepare and submit your banking and payment processing applications.

4. You receive the complete file
Company, tax numbers and every application submitted, with the status of each one and a direct WhatsApp channel from day one.

What we promise is what the contract says

There are no inflated success stories here. Three things we commit to in writing, before you pay anything.

We review your case before charging you
If your sector or your situation is not going to get past the screening of the banks, we tell you in the first conversation and we do not take the work.

Real timelines, not brochure timelines
You get an estimate for each step, and whatever depends on a third party is marked as such. Filing depends on us; approving depends on the institution.

You always know where your file stands
At each stage we tell you what has been submitted and what is still pending, even when the answer is no.

Everything you need, in one place

From forming the company to the last application submitted. We take care of every step.

  • Company formation — Your LLC in the state that fits you best or your Hong Kong company, registered and verified.
  • EIN — federal tax number — We handle your EIN with the IRS even if you do not have a US Social Security number.
  • Registered agent — Legal address and receipt of official notices, included for the entire first year.
  • Business bank accounts — We prepare and submit your business account application and stay with you until the institution decides. The bank decides; we take care of making sure your file arrives complete.
  • Gateways and processing — PayPal, cards, alternative payment methods, Apple Pay and Google Pay: application prepared and supported through to the provider’s decision.
  • ITIN (optional) — Your personal tax number with the IRS, to operate and open accounts in your name without needing an SSN.

Not every state is good for the same thing. We show you which one fits and you decide.

Wyoming, Delaware, New Mexico, Florida… each one has its advantages, its costs and its fine print. We put your case up against all four, with real numbers, and the final decision is yours.

  • We go over your business before filing anything — What you sell, where you operate from, whether you have partners and how much you bill. The comparison comes from that, not from a template.
  • We compare the real cost, not just the initial fee — Forming cheaply can turn out expensive to maintain. We show you what the first year costs and what the following ones cost.
  • Privacy where you need it — There are states that do not publish the owner in public records. If that matters to you, it weighs on the decision.
  • State taxation and access to banking — Some states do not apply state income tax, and with others banks and processors work more comfortably.

And what if your case calls for a Hong Kong company rather than an LLC? We tell you that too.
